TECH
Featuring the high performance Shark Nose OZONE Reflex Profile (OZRP) tuned specifically for powered flight, the Roadmax is stable in accelerated flight whilst more stall & spin resistant at low speeds. The winglets improve roll stability both in the air and on the ground and reduce the chances of remaining neutral in spiral.

FLIGHT CHARACTERISTICS
The Roadmax inflates readily without overshooting and is easy to keep on heading along the runway. As a result, take-off comes early with a smooth and efficient climb rate. In the air it is fast, fun and comfortable. Brake response is precise yet forgiving for fun handling and easy maneuverability with unprecedented levels of roll stability.

RISERS
The all new dedicated risers are shorter than standard for easy access and feature the latest more comfortable handles, A-assist tabs for easier inflation and a long trimmer range for easy speed control. Double tip steering provides a 2D system for agility and precision along with TST mini-toggles for high speed control. The location positioned low on the risers make these controls easily accessible even with high hang points.

HIGH LOAD TEST
Load tested to 250kgs at 8g, the Roadmax’s internal structure has been reinforced and the line set strengthened for a larger structural safety margin at high loads.

THE PILOT
At 32m2 it is suitable for solo intermediate pilots, however, due to the low surface area and high wing loading, when flown with a lightweight tandem trike it is only recommended for expert pilots.

LAUNCH, LANDING & FLIGHT

Launches and landings are particularly easy. Excellent roll stability, a pitch-stable profile, and rapid inflation characteristics mean that the Moxie Power launches easily even with minimum riser input. Due to a generous and responsive brake range, landings are highly forgiving even in instances of late-stage asymmetric brake input. The wing is highly stable in pitch and roll, which provides all phases of flight from launch to flare with a high degree of passive safety and comfort. The flight segment can only be described as reassuring, with enough responsiveness in the brake range to make the wing enjoyable to fly while providing peace of mind.

This is a highly dependable tool for instructors and can form the backbone of any school’s fleet whilst also meeting the demands of the newly qualified pilot. No other wing is so easy and also so capable.

FULL OF TECH

The Moxie Power contains an amount of technological features that may surprise you given the class and the cost of the wing.

Winglets – win-win feature, adding significant improvement to spiral and roll stability at no cost in performance – increasing both safety and handling, with no downsides.

Carefully engineered cell openings have eliminated any form of vibration or flutter that are frequently an issue in entry level wings.

Double transversal shaping tech from our competition wing series provides a perfectly wrinkle free leading edge, maximizing the glide performance available in this aspect ratio and profile.

An optimized line plan has reduced line drag by 18% compared to previous designs in this class of wing.

The Moxie-specific profile has been selected for the easiest possible inflation & ground handling characteristics, and passive safety, while maintaining excellent performance for the class. This all new profile has significantly reduced thickness which reduces the volume of air, which in turn makes inflation and launch much easier.

POWER RISERS

Roadster 4 New Features

New winglets improve roll stability and spiral control which translates to higher passive safety and fun.

3D panel shaping and mini-ribs increase performance and max speed.

A new optimized reflex profile and leading edge openings mean faster inflation, shorter take off distance, and higher fuel efficiency.

Higher arc provides better roll response and more precision in turns.

The new trimmer system features a Rollercam and printed trim setting marks, enabling precise and smooth adjustments. This design allows for effortless single-handed operation and ensures the trimmer remains securely.

EN-B certification for three sizes – 24, 26, and 28 – within the paragliding weight range, with the trimmers adjusted to the slowest position.

THE PILOT

The Roadster 4’s ease of use and high passive safety make it suitable for a wide range of pilots from the newly qualified to the more experienced. Newly qualified pilots will appreciate the impeccable launching characteristics and rock solid stability whilst experienced XC pilots will love the overall efficiency, performance, and agile handling with the added security of EN-B certification*.

THE TECH

The Roadster 4’s new winglets make the wing easier to fly at full speed; it feels like it is “on rails” and the tip steering system gives precise control whilst accelerated. Improved spiral control reduces the likelihood of neutrality even at high wingloading in a high hang pointed harnesses. The new arc offers better roll response in the turn for more direct and precise handling whilst also calming the behaviour during side collapses. 3D panel shaping, mini ribs, contributes to the top speed and overall performance increase.

The Roadster 4 risers are designed to be beginner-friendly, simple, and uncluttered. They feature color-coded webbing for easy identification, a foot-operated speed system, a tip steering system, and fully adjustable brake attachment points to suit various power units and pilot preferences.

The improved trimmer system features sublimation-printed webbing with line markers and a roller cam mechanism, ensuring smooth and precise operation while preventing jamming or unintended slippage.

CERTIFICATION

The Roadster 4 has been load tested to 8G in compliance with the EN 926-1 standard and is recognized by the DGAC. Following extensive in-house testing, the Roadster 4 was independently flight-tested in sizes 24, 26, and 28 to the EN 926-2 standard, achieving an EN-B rating. These tests were conducted without the accelerator and with the trimmers set to the slow (neutral) position. Other sizes have been precisely scaled and trimmed to match the certified versions, ensuring consistent and reliable behavior across the range.

IN FLIGHT

Recent advances in performance and ease of use make for a truly versatile wing that excels in powered flight whilst offering enough sink rate performance and handling for unpowered free flying. It all starts from the ground thanks to an easier take-off in even shorter distances than before. The brake response and overall levels of agility make the Roadster 4 fun – a real pleasure to fly – suited for carving low level lines and thermalling high up to the clouds, wherever the adventure takes you.

Accessible High Performance

The latest generation of the Viper series is the most accessible high performance PPG wing we have flown. It contains all of the World Championship winning speed, agility and performance of the Viper 5, with significantly improved comfort and ease of use.

The Viper XC is a fast, efficient, and fun to fly wing that balances comfort and performance for the advanced pilot. With easier launch and landing characteristics, improved roll stability, and the same incredible top speed of the Viper 5, this is an exciting wing for expedition and adventure flying.

Tech

The Viper 5 and Viper XC share the same cell count, profile, aspect ratio, and low-drag line plan. The Viper XC’s riser lines are sheathed for ease of use. Proven in countless PPG competitions including the World Championships, the Ozone reflex profile remains solid throughout the speed range and accepts low angles of attack, enabling a very high top speed.

The Viper XC features winglets for increased roll and spiral stability, making the wing easier to control, more efficient and more comfortable in flight. Their positive effect can be immediately felt regardless of wing loading, motor type, or style of flight. The increased roll stability is ideal for XC adventure at high speeds.

Risers

The dedicated Viper XC riser system is available in two versions. The standard risers are suitable for the majority of pilots and are shorter, simpler, and easier to use than the PK risers. The standard risers offer long range trimmers, fully adjustable brake pulley heights, neoprene brake handles and strong magnet clips. The PK risers are for pilots who want the direct action of the PK system for faster acceleration. Both risers feature the 2D steering system for efficient high-speed control.

Pilot

This is an advanced wing designed for experienced pilots. It is suitable for those who want to step up from the Speedster or Sirocco to a more comfortable and less demanding wing than the Viper 5 or Freeride. The Viper XC’s characteristics make it an ideal wing for the discerning advanced pilot who appreciates dynamic handling, but still wants efficiency and XC performance with high level of cruise stability.

MAKES TRIKE FLYING EASY!

The Triox is the Ozone most purpose-built trike wing. It makes trike flying as easy as possible while delivering fast cruise speeds, high fuel-efficiency, and an effortless launch.

THE LAUNCH

The Triox inflates easily without overshooting, in all conditions. It is roll-stable and very easy to ground-handle. The Trike Launch Assist System means the inflation process is simple and effortless, leaving your hands free to control brakes and throttle.

IN FLIGHT

In the air, the Triox’s handling is progressive and direct. Turns are smooth and coordinated with no dive tendency. Winglets make it highly stable in the air even during a high-powered climb or hands-off cross country flights, leaving the pilot and passenger to sit back and enjoy the ride.

THE TECH

The high performance Shark Nose OZONE Reflex Profile (OZRP) is tuned specifically for powered flight, providing consistent lift and internal pressure through a wide range of angles of attack. The Triox is more stable in accelerated flight, and more stall & spin resistant at low speeds. The aspect ratio and low-drag line plan combined with the OZRP profile make this the most efficient trike wing available.

SPECIAL FEATURES

The TRIOX double tip steering system provides pilots with two options: A 2D system, for agility and precision, and the TST mini-toggles for high speed control. The location low on the risers make these controls easily accessible even with high hang points.
The A-Assist attach points, custom trike brake handles, and TST all feature strong magnetic retainers. Trimmer adjustments are easy thanks to the Triox’s high quality roller buckle.

WINGLETS

Winglets provide significantly greater roll stability and improve spiral behaviour. Glider characteristics are often at odds and we are forced to make compromises in order to reach the best outcomes, but the use of winglets avoids compromise and provides the “best of both worlds” – they increase roll stability without negative outcomes. Regardless of trike type, geometry, thrust, or power, the Triox remains roll-stable!

VERSATILITY

Certified DGAC and load tested to 410 kgs @8G (EN standard) and 625kg @5.25G (DGAC standard), the Triox is available in three sizes, accommodating a wide range of power units and wing loadings. It is suitable for both solo and tandem trike flying, and thanks to the easy launch and flight characteristics is acceptable for a wide range of pilots from recreational to pro. This intuitive and dependable trike wing will last you for many seasons, and we’re excited to hear what you think!

The Speedster is a fully reflexed Paramotor wing designed for intermediate to advanced level pilots. Predominantly designed for long distance PPG XC flights, the Speedster is a fun, dynamic and versatile wing that can be also used for low level carving and slalom flying. The latest design incorporates technologies taken from our high performance paragliding range, the development of which is guided by feedback from paramotor pilots all over the world and tested by the world’s best. Although specifically designed for PPG, due to the high levels of efficiency and excellent handling characteristics the Speedster can also be used for free flying – ideal for ridge soaring, thermalling even XC flights.

The Pilot

The Speedster is designed for intermediate and advanced level pilots alike. It is ideal for intermediate pilots progressing from lower level wings, such as the Roadster, and for more experienced pilots who do not want the extra demands of a competition wing.

Speed and Stability

The core elements of an effective Paramotoring wing are speed and stability. The Speedster is fast, but more importantly, solid throughout the speed range. The large trim range allows high speed cruising without the need to engage the accelerator system. At full speed the Speedster remains very resistant to collapses, even in turbulent air and is easy to maintain thanks to the super smooth action of the risers that does not deform the profile. The risers are simple and easy to use, the full foot-operated accelerator range is always accessible irrespective of the trimmer position. Unlike some other PPG wings, it is safe and possible to use the full range of the speed system even with the trimmers in the standard (slow) position without reducing the inherent stability of the profile.

The carefully designed and tested OZRP reflex profile is not only solid and fast but also forgiving. As the amount of reflex increases in a profile, certain other parameters can suffer: namely, ease of launch, quality of handling, fuel efficiency, and passive safety. These categories, for us, are extremely important and not to be compromised, we always strive to implement intelligent combinations of stable profiles and complex internal structures to improve the development of the Speedster range.

Agility

At Ozone handling is a top priority in every wing we design. From our most basic school wing to the highest performing competition wings, we always aim to make wings that are a pleasure to fly. The Speedster’s agile and responsive handling is a result of hundreds of hours of testing and refinement from an experienced design team and some of the World’s best pilots. The Speedster is an agile fun wing that handles like a paragliding wing rather than a normal reflexed PPG wing. The Ozone Tip Steering System TST is simple, efficient, and easy to use and allows safe and effective control during accelerated flight, without the use of brakes.

The optional 2D system, derived from competition slalom racing, allows for precise control across the span of the trailing edge. The 2D system combines the brakes and the TST, transforms the character of the Speedster – the wing becomes more dynamic and responsive with improved precision of control and allows the full potential of the handling to be unlocked.

Launching

The inflation and ground handling behaviour is extremely important for a fun safe flight. Extra attention is placed on the launch characteristics of the Speedster so that it inflates evenly and with little effort in nil wind conditions, whilst inflating steadily, without over-shooting, in strong wind conditions.

Legacy

The continual development of the Speedster model range is an important mission for us, our aim is to always improve the concept to make it better, safer and more fun to fly. After a long development process we are now happy with the changes that have been made, our testing proves the new wing is a real pleasure to fly, with a surprisingly high top speed and a general ease of use that will appeal to discerning Paramotor pilots.

Structure

The Speedster 3 combines the well proven design elements of the Speedster 2, Freeride slalom and our high performance paraglider range: The arc, planform, aspect ratio, tab positioning, profile and intake positions are very similar to the Speedster 2 but blended with the internal structure and line rigging of the Freeride. Additional top surface straps have been implemented to increase the overall tension of the sail which is spread more homogenously along the span to improve the cohesion and feel of the wing.

Fast and efficient

3D shaping in the leading edge reduces drag and increases the amount of lift generated. With two extra cells and a cleaner leading edge, combined with the reduced amount of line drag, optimised profile and longer range trimmers, the Speedster 3 is the most efficient Speedster yet. Ideal for long XC flights, classic competitions and fun slalom races.

Stable and safe

The optimised OZRP Reflex profile accepts large amounts of turbulence without collapse throughout the speed range so is well suited for flying in thermic conditions. Load tested to the EN 926-1 standard and acknowledged by the DGAC, our extensive internal testing has shown the Speedster 3 to exhibit very similar behaviour to the previous models and conforms to the requirements of EN C (trimmers set in the slow position).
*Note the Speedster 3 has not been independently EN 926-2 flight tested.

Versatility, agility and fun

The character of the Speedster 3 is determined by the wing loading and the use of the optional 2D steering system. Centred in the weight range with the standard brake set up, the wing is an efficient climber perfect for normal XC flying. Installing the 2D system further improves the responsiveness, control and agility of the wing. Flying a smaller size at the top of the range transforms the character completely into a dynamic and agile wing with high levels of precision, perfect for low level carving or fun slalom racing.

Differences compared to the Speedster 2:

3D shaping leading edge

Extra cells and better sink rate performance

More performance = better fuel efficiency

Higher top speed

More speed range in the trimmers

More precise and dynamic handling

The Sirocco is the light version of the Speedster but offering improved levels of performance, agility and speed in a lightweight, compact package. Designed predominantly for long distance PPG XC flights for intermediate to advanced level pilots, it is a fun, dynamic and versatile wing that is also perfect for low level carving, slalom flying and as a lightweight travel companion.

The design incorporates a fully reflexed profile along with the latest technologies taken from our high performance paragliding range, the development of which is guided by feedback from paramotor pilots all over the world and tested by the world’s best. Although specifically designed for PPG, due to the high levels of efficiency and excellent handling characteristics the Sirocco can also be used for free flying – ideal for ridge soaring, thermalling even XC flights.

The Pilot

The Sirocco is designed for intermediate and advanced level pilots alike. However due to its easy launch and flying characteristics it is also suitable for intermediate pilots progressing from lower level wings, such as the Roadster or Kona, along with more experienced pilots who do not want the extra demands of a higher aspect ratio competition level wing.

Speed and Stability

The core elements of an effective Paramotoring wing are speed and stability. The Sirocco is fast, but more importantly, solid throughout the speed range. The large trim range allows high speed cruising without the need to engage the accelerator system. At full speed the Sirocco remains very resistant to collapses, even in turbulent air and is easy to maintain thanks to the super smooth action of the risers that does not deform the profile.

These categories, for us, are extremely important and not to be compromised, we always strive to implement intelligent combinations of stable profiles and complex internal structures to improve the development of the Sirocco range.

Efficiency

Compared to the Speedster the Sirocco offers improved sink rate and glide performance along with a higher top speed for higher levels of XC efficiency. Thanks to the lighter sail, the agility, precision and handling have been improved, with a more precise, fun and dynamic feel. Another benefit of the lighter sail is easier ground handling and inflation characteristics for faster take offs requiring less distance.

Agility

At Ozone handling is a top priority in every wing we design. From our most basic school wing to the highest performing competition wings, we always aim to make wings that are a pleasure to fly. The Sirocco’s agile and responsive handling is a result of hundreds of hours of testing and refinement from an experienced design team and some of the World’s best pilots. The Sirocco 3 is agile and fun, handling like a paragliding wing rather than a normal reflexed PPG wing.

The Sirocco 3 is available to order in two steering system options, with either the standard TST or the 2D systems pre-installed by the factory. Both options are delivered with each wing so can be easily changed depending on your preference or type of flying. The character of the Sirocco 3 is determined by the wing loading, but can be transformed by the steering system. The standard TST brake set up is perfect for normal XC flying, whilst the 2D system improves the responsiveness, control and agility of the wing, perfect for low level carving or fun slalom racing. The options allow flexibility, choose the character of the wing to match your intended flight style.

Launching

The inflation and ground handling behaviour is extremely important for a fun safe flight. The light cloth and lower sail weight makes handling on the ground easier and improves the inflation characteristics. Extra attention is placed on the launch characteristics of the Sirocco 3 so that it inflates evenly and with little effort in nil wind conditions, whilst inflating steadily, without over-shooting, in strong wind conditions.

Legacy

The Sirocco was Ozone’s first lightweight PPG wing and now with over twenty years of lightweight R&D are able to deliver a wing that is not only top of class in terms of performance, but one of the lightest wings in its class.
The continual development of the Sirocco model range is an important mission for us, our aim is to always improve the concept to make it better, safer and more fun to fly whilst keeping weight down to a minimum. After a long development process we are now happy with the changes that have been made, our testing proves the new wing is a real pleasure to fly, with a surprisingly high top speed and a general ease of use that will appeal to discerning Paramotor pilots.

Structure

The Sirocco 3 combines the well proven design elements of the Sirocco 2, Freeride slalom and our high performance paraglider range with the latest lightweight construction techniques: The arc, planform, aspect ratio, tab positioning, profile and intake positions are very similar to the Sirocco 2 but blended with the internal structure and line rigging of the Freeride. Additional top surface straps have been implemented to increase the overall tension of the sail which is spread more homogenously along the span to improve the cohesion and feel of the wing.

*Note the Sirocco 3 has not been independently EN 926-2 flight tested.

Choose your style

The character of the Sirocco 3 is determined by wing loading and the choice of steering system. Centred in the weight range with the TST set up, the wing is an efficient climber perfect for normal XC flying. The 2D system improves the responsiveness, control and agility of the wing. Flying a smaller size at the top of the range transforms the character completely into a dynamic and agile wing with high levels of precision, perfect for low level carving or fun slalom racing.

Versatility, agility and fun

The Sirocco 3 is our most versatile PPG wing yet, suitable for a wide range of pilots and flying styles. A great all-rounder, fantastic for both XC flying and traditional competitions whilst being highly capable for aggressive low level carving and slalom racing. Choose your style.

The Viper 6 is a high-performance PPG wing designed for experienced pilots searching for the highest levels of efficiency, speed and performance. It features the latest design elements and technology taken directly from our high performance PG and PPG development programs to deliver an exciting wing that is fun to fly with performance levels ideal for long XC flying and high level classic competitions.

Higher performance allows for better fuel efficiency and extended XC flights, there is no need to fly over-powered. In thermal conditions its glide, sink rate and handling characteristics are similar to a free flight paraglider with very agile, fun handling and exceptional climb and glide performance.

DESIGN

The Viper 6 features winglets for improved roll stability, making it more efficient in straight flight with less parasitic roll movements requiring less pilot input. Winglets also aid in the spiral stability reducing the chances of remaining neutral in the spiral dive.

The internal structure has been strengthened in critical load areas to reduce the mechanical deformation of the ribs and diagonals. This results in better structural integrity of the wing, ensuring the sail retains its quality over time for better performance and longevity. The use of light weight siliconized Dominico N10D fabric reduces the overall weight of the sail for improved handling, greater feel and better inflation characteristics whilst the silicon coating significantly improves durability for a longer lifespan. The profile has been chosen to perfectly balance performance, solidity, efficiency and handling with minor modifications to the planform for a smoother more progressive rib alignment.

RISERS

The risers features colour coding to differentiate the risers, new maillon line keepers, brake handles with twist-preventing swivels and magnetic-lock clips. As standard, there is an Ozone PK system built into the risers and 2D steering system.

PILOT

Designed specifically for competent and experienced pilots, the Viper 6 is the World Champion’s choice and the perfect tool for classic competitions and XC flying.
